The Company and Its Background

As a result of the international growth that NUFOER is experiencing, the company has entrusted SOTECMA with the engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the expansion of its plant in Sotillo de la Adrada (Ávila).

Plant Expansion

The expansion of the plant carried out in Sotillo de la Adrada consisted of the following elements:

1. Basic and detailed engineering in the mechanical, electrical and programming areas.
2. Construction of a storage silo and implementation of a dosing and weighing system for new mineral components.
3. Installation of storage, dosing and weighing hoppers for both major and minor additives.
4. Installation of the pneumatic conveying system for major and minor additives to the mixer.
5. Electrical installation and development of the plant control and operation software.
6. Installation of the dedusting system, as well as assembly and commissioning of the entire supply system.

Through this project, NUFOER continues moving forward in its objective of offering the best solutions and new ideas to customers in a sector as important to feeding the population as the agricultural and livestock industry.
