Specifications and capacities

Mixing

Our concrete mixers are available in a wide range of configurations and capacities, making them suitable for both precast concrete production plants and truck batching installations, where the components are loaded directly into the concrete mixer truck for mixing.

The aggregate storage bins are also designed according to the specific requirements of each project. The number of compartments, their capacity and configuration depend on the aggregate size fractions used and the concrete mix designs planned for production.

Dosing and Conveying

Admixture dosing is a key element in ensuring the required properties of the final concrete. Depending on the application, we supply dosing systems for both liquid and solid admixtures, capable of handling either very small quantities or higher dosing rates while maintaining maximum accuracy.

Auxiliary equipment, including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, conveying systems, water dosing units, electrical installations, control panels and automation software, is specifically designed for each plant to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability throughout the production process.

Mobile Concrete Plants

We also supply mobile concrete plants for the production of fresh concrete directly loaded into concrete mixer trucks. These installations are characterized by their compact design, easy transport, and rapid assembly, disassembly and commissioning, making them the ideal solution for temporary construction sites and projects requiring high mobility.
