SOTECMA designs, manufactures and installs bag filters and cartridge filters for dust collection systems, intended both to reduce solid particle emissions into the atmosphere and for integration into industrial and mineral processing plants requiring efficient dust collection.

We offer a comprehensive range of filters for a wide variety of applications, particularly for industrial mineral processing plants, dry mortar production facilities, cement, gypsum and lime plants, recycling installations, and other industrial processes requiring effective dust emission control.

We supply bag filters with up to 720 m² of filtration area and air handling capacities of up to 75,000 m³/h.

We also supply compact cartridge filters with up to 54 m² of filtration area and extraction capacities of up to 7,500 m³/h, available with different filter media to suit the specific requirements of each application.

These systems are mainly used in:

• Dust collection and dedusting systems.
• Process equipment integrated into production lines, such as dryers, calciners, coolers, air classifiers, grinding mills and other industrial processes.

All filters are equipped with automatic bag or cartridge cleaning systems using compressed air, with adjustable pulse frequency and air flow. ATEX-compliant versions are also available.
