LIME SLURRY (CALCIUM HYDROXIDE) PREPARATION AND PUMPING SYSTEM

SOTECMA offers highly efficient solutions for the dosing of calcium hydroxide and activated carbon in water treatment and flue gas treatment processes.

We have our own manufacturing facilities for the design and production of this equipment. The experience accumulated by our team enables us to solve the most common problems associated with lime dosing systems, including storage, dosing, lime slurry preparation and pumping.

Lime Storage, Dosing, Slurry Preparation and Pumping System

The core of our system is the arch-breaking extraction and dosing unit. In addition, the complete lime storage, dosing, slurry preparation and pumping system includes the following equipment and components:

Fully equipped silos with capacities ranging from 5 to 200 m³.
Mechanical extraction system.
High-precision dosing system.
Inspection hatch.
Blockage detector.
Isolation valve between the screw conveyor and the slurry preparation tank to prevent blockages caused by moisture.
Automatic lime slurry preparation tank with fixed or variable concentration and dust control system.
Pumping system specifically designed for each application, with automatic cleaning.
Control and electrical panel.
