Continuous Moisturizers

SOTECMA designs and manufactures continuous moisturizers for the controlled addition of water to fillers and other fine materials, allowing them to be handled as stable bulk solids while preventing dust emissions during conveying and discharge.

Available in single-shaft and twin-shaft versions with mixing augers, they provide production capacities ranging from 5 to 75 m³/h.

The mixing augers and chamber can be manufactured from different materials, with optional anti-stick and wear-resistant linings to suit the characteristics of each application.

Their simple design, low energy consumption and minimal maintenance requirements make them an efficient and reliable solution for the continuous conditioning of powdered materials.
