Vibrating Screens

SOTECMA manufactures conventional vibrating screens based on circular motion generated by a shaft fitted with adjustable eccentric weights. This system provides reliable and efficient screening for a wide range of industrial materials and applications.

The screens feature an inclined design that uses gravity to move the material across the screening surface. Both the inclination angle and the vibration speed can be adjusted to optimise screening performance through a belt and pulley transmission system.

Our Vibrating Screens

SOTECMA vibrating screens incorporate a feed and distribution box that spreads the material evenly across the entire screening surface, maximising screening efficiency. Thanks to their simple, robust and reliable design, they are the most widely used type of screening equipment in crushing and classification plants.

• Available in widths from 1.5 to 2.2 m.
• Available in lengths from 4.8 to 7 m.
• Screening area of up to 15.4 m².
• Available with 2, 3 or 4 decks.
• Optional spray systems for wet screening applications in aggregate and industrial mineral processing plants.
• Compatible with steel, stainless steel, perforated plate, polyurethane or rubber screen media, as well as square, round, rectangular and anti-blinding screen openings.
• Optional covers and dust-tight enclosure systems available.

These vibrating screens are commonly used in aggregate crushing and screening plants, sand washing installations and mineral processing facilities. Their Heavy Duty design, featuring oversized bearings, suspension systems, frame and screen body, ensures maximum durability and reliability when handling hard and highly abrasive materials.
