We design, manufacture and install complete turnkey wet sand processing plants.

Based on compact hydrocyclone washing units manufactured by SOTECMA, we also supply the remaining process equipment, including screens, crushers, washing trommels and log washers, as well as auxiliary equipment such as hoppers and belt conveyors.

We also supply plants for the production of high-quality sands for glass manufacturing, foundry sand, filter sand, ceramics, optical fiber and other industrial applications.

We also provide water clarification and recovery systems required for wet sand processing, including clarifier tanks, flocculant dosing systems and other auxiliary equipment.

In addition, we incorporate sand drying equipment for the final conditioning of products processed by the wet method.

We supply dry processing plants designed for filler removal, particle size classification, storage and dispatch of the final product, either in bulk or in bags.

We provide all the process equipment required to produce high-quality sands, including dynamic classifiers, screens, crushers, mills and magnetic separation equipment, manufactured either by SOTECMA or by our technology partners.

We also manufacture bag filters and cartridge filters, both for dust collection systems designed to prevent harmful emissions into the environment and for process applications, including auxiliary filters for grinding and air classification equipment.
