Loading Spouts for Bulk Solids

SOTECMA designs and manufactures loading spouts for loading bulk solid materials into trucks and tanker trucks. These units are specially designed for handling products such as dry mortar, cement, gypsum, lime, sand, industrial minerals and other powdered or granular materials.

Our Loading Spouts

We offer three loading spout models, designed to suit different loading requirements and vehicle types:

• TSC Model: for loading tanker trucks.
• TSM Model: for loading open-top trucks.
• TSM Mixed Model: designed for loading both tanker trucks and open-top trucks.

Loading Spout Features

Our loading spouts incorporate a system of inverted cones that directs the material flow, together with a double external bellows that ensures excellent sealing during the loading operation. They are equipped with a motorized drive with dual suspension and various level detection systems, including capacitive sensors, rotary paddle level switches and vibrating rod level sensors.

The spout length can be adapted to the height and configuration of each silo. In addition, they can optionally be supplied with an integrated dust collection filter and manufactured in accordance with the ATEX Directive.

• Maximum capacity of up to 350 m³/h.
• Available with 300 mm and 400 mm outlet diameters.
• Maximum spout extension of up to 5.5 m.
• Optionally available in ATEX-compliant execution.
