Its R&D&I department is made up of a team of professionals specialized in the development of new products. This commitment to innovation has driven significant international growth and created the need to expand its production capacity through the commissioning of a new factory.

Solutions, Equipment and Installations

The factory expansion carried out in Sotillo de la Adrada included the following actions:

• Basic and detailed engineering in the mechanical, electrical and programming fields.
• Construction of a storage silo and implementation of a dosing and weighing system for new mineral components.
• Installation of storage, dosing and weighing hoppers for both major and minor additives.
• Installation of a pneumatic conveying system for transporting major and minor additives to the mixer.
• Execution of the electrical installation and development of the factory control and operation software.
• Installation of the dust collection system, as well as the assembly and commissioning of the entire supply system.
